Email and calendar, in the same place
The thread and the project stop being separate things.
A multi-persona IMAP and SMTP inbox sits inside the app, and mail is matched to the client it belongs to. The calendar reads across everything and syncs both ways with Google Calendar or Outlook, so the meeting that moved moves the schedule too.

Where the data actually lives
One SQLite file. Yours.
There is no account and no server. Everything is a single SQLite file on your machine that you can back up, copy to another computer, or open with any SQLite tool. Credentials are kept separately and never travel with the data.
