BooshDESIGN reads the globals.css that GenCSS generates. It works with any design system in that shape, including one you wrote by hand.

The output is yours outright
Plain HTML and CSS in your project, with no runtime and nothing phoning home. What you have drawn keeps working whether or not the licence does.
Nothing off-system can be drawn
There is no field for an arbitrary value, so the CSS is valid and on-system while you are drawing it. That is why there is no export step.
It runs on your machine
The project is a folder on your own disk. No cloud document, no shared workspace, and nothing of yours stored on our servers.
